Bootie Call

2 oz. Milagro Tequila Blanco
1 jalapeño
1 oz. agave nectar
1 oz. lime juice
8 watermelon chunks
Garnish: watermelon slice

Muddle jalapeño and watermelon in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and remaining ingredients. Shake and strain into a highball glass. Garnish with a watermelon slice.

Espresso Martini

1½ oz. Kahlúa
1 oz. Absolut Vodka
1 oz. espresso
5 espresso or coffee beans

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a martini glass, garnish with espresso beans. Source: Kahlúa


Small piece of fudge
Shaved chocolate
½ cup vanilla bean ice cream
1½ oz vanilla vodka
5 oz Guinness stout

Melt fudge in microwave for 10 seconds
Dip a pint glass glass in the fudge to rim the top, then dip glass in shaved chocolate
Add scooped ice cream and vanilla vodka. Take a spoon and lightly muddle the ice cream and vodka together
Add Guinness to ½” from the rim and top with chocolate shavings

Sam Adams boston lager caramel sauce

2 ½ cups of firmly packed brown sugar
1 ½ cups light corn syrup
6 tablespoons unsalted butter
½ tsp. salt
1/3 cup Samuel Adams Boston Lager®
4 tsp. vanilla extract
2 cups heavy cream

In a heavy pan, dissolve the sugar, corn syrup, butter, salt and Samuel Adams Boston Lager® over low heat, stirring constantly. When the sugar is dissolved, bring the mixture to a boil and cook (without stirring) until the mixture reaches 235 degrees on candy thermometer. Remove from the heat and gently stir in the vanilla. Allow to cool 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Slowly stir in the cream until smooth and glossy. Store in the refrigerator and warm gently before serving.
